Mark Gadsden founded the company in 1988 after working for two London Boroughs as well as iin Barrow. Mark has a wealth of experience in all aspects of our industry.

Director

Having completed his master degree in 2014, Michael is now in charge of the civil and structural engineering side of the business as well as the day to day running of the business.

Mark Daly BSc(Hons)

Civil and Structural  Engineer

Mark completed his degree in civil engineering in 2015. Since working for the company he has completed his HNC and BSc through our day release scheme.

Guilherme Borges  BSc(Hons)

Senior Structural Engineer

Originally from Brazil, Guillherme has moved to the UK to further his career. He has a post graduate degree in Structural Engineering and has a particular specialisation in concrete design.

Robert Bruce BEng(Hons) BA(Hons)

Civil Engineer

Rob has a particular interest in drainage and highway design and in particular SuDS and Flood Risk. He is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Flood & Coastal Risk Management.

David Fernandez-Lara BEng(Hons)

Graduate Civil and Structural Engineer

A recent graduate, David has moved to M&P Gadsden to commence his career in Civil/Structural Engineering. He is particularly interested in structural design with a long-term aim of becoming a Chartered Engineer.

Tihomir Velkov MA
Architectural Consultant

With masters degrees in both Architecture and Energy Efficiency, Tihomir's work has an emphasis on high quality sustainable design and construction. He is accredited to produce SAP calculations and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) for new build dwellings.

Amanda Wheeler

Administration Assistant

Amanda has many years working in administration for local companies and having taken a break from her career to raise her children she has now joined us on a part-time basis.

Janice Wrathall

Finance Assistant

Janice has been with the company since the late 1990s. Her duties have changed over the years and she now has responsibility for  the smooth running of the office and the company finances.
